Postage
We endeavour to keep our postage charges to an absolute minimum and our current charges are:
£3.95 for all UK mainland destinations.
£5.95 for all EU destinations.
£9.95 for Rest of World destinations.


Delivery Times
All our cushions are handmade to order and we aim to despatch orders within 10 working days of an order being placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to post packages on Saturdays or Sundays.

Overseas delivery times are typically 10-14 working days from receipt of order.

Please rest assured that we do try to send your package to you as quickly as possible at all times.

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your cushions, please contact us on 01494 784054 within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in perfect condition and in original packaging.

Please note that all our cushions leave our premises in perfect condition and any damages incurred during postage MUST be brought to our attention immediately.
